I wanted to install a switch in my truck's dash to cut off power to my 12-volt power supply port. I wanted to leave my phone's charger in the 12-volt port but it constantly drains power even with the truck being off. This switch worked very well and the LED light is not too bright when driving at night. It's stated that these switches are installed with a 3/4" hole, but i noticed that the switch didn't quite fit the 3/4" hole I made. There were two small tabs on these switches that also need to be carved out of the hole you make for these so that you may install the switch properly. It's nothing that a small file can't fix. I wouldn't fault the product for this, I would rather it hold more snug than not. Also, other reviewers noticed scuffs and scratches on the face of the switches, which I did too. This lead many reviewers to think that these are used switches. I don't think that is the case. I think they accumulated theses marks through loose packaging. They probably just rubbed up against each other in their respective containers.

Very easy to install.Did not forget to notch the hole as it keeps it from rotating.

Work as expected. Only lights up when switched on, you cant wire it to always be lit. Blue lights up bright enough to be seen during the day. Some scratches on the button/switch faces, only noticed during first inspection but can't be noticed once installed. Like the rubber boot to keep dirt and moisture out. LED doesnt get hot when turned on for a long time. 3/4" hole for mounting.

Just buy them! They work awesome. I used these to add a bunch of stuff on my boat and they work great. I was worried they would be blinding bright but it's just enough light to tellthat its on. Well built and heavy duty rubber boot. I bought another set just to have in case one ever wears out

These switches are easy to install, just carefully drill a 3/4 inch hole with a step bit and pop them in the hole. Connect your wires and you are set.

Purchased this switch to use on my Kubota tractor to control a set of LED lights I was installing. The package arrived with no instructions so I had to refer to the Amazon product page for installation instructions, such as size of hole.After drilling a hole on my instrument panel assembly, I discovered the switch would not sit tightly in the hole as the panel is slightly thicker than the switch will allow for a tight fit. The second issue I encountered was the connectors I used on my wiring were slightly larger than the posts on the switch. Initially they kept coming off until I clamped the connectors onto the posts with my pliers. All-in-all the switch works but if I had to do it over again I would have purchased a switch with a threaded ring to tighten it to the panel.

So far so good. Works as stated. Nice blue light. Worked with a 3/4" drill hole with a touch of filing. A little square tab on the side of the switch needed to be removed to fit. Easily removable if needed also.

Used these on my LED lights on my 4wheeler. Very nice. The lighted button can be seen in the dark, very nice as a reminder also that the lights are on.They are an add size, so if you only have 1/2" drill bits, you'll end up using a rat tail file to make the hole slightly bigger. Other than that... very nice

Bought these for a project and never used them. Kept them anyway for future use. Very well made.

I would have liked the lamp to operated without the necessity of the 3rd wire, as this made it too awkward to get it working, but the switch itself works fine and were back in business.
