I've been buying this product for years - after I could no longer get another brand's sublingual tabs - and it helps me fall asleep. (I take it a couple of hours before I plan to go to bed.). Instead of just swallowing the pill, I let it dissolve under my tongue and when it dissolved, but still powdery, I swallow it. Tastes a bit bitter, but it's worth it. Also, I get this product as opposed to other brands because it has fewer ingredients, excipients.

It is great product if you have aleep disorder. It works perfectly.

I have used up to 3 mg of melatonin before. After using this the next day I was seriously groggy for the first time. Something to think about. This strength may only be for larger people.
