Purchase from reliable supplier's
Purchased Nitro Pro 13 recently, the customer service person was very helpful and supportive and helped me in installing the software. Tried a few different experiments with this Nitro like editing, converting to Word, Excel etc and all seems to be working fine and also has a lifetime validity, not just for a year or two. Nice product and value for money.

Very good product and good seller assistance
It's very useful and the seller is very supportive. I have been using it for months . And suddenly had to reset my pc and lost activation. Contacted the seller, he responded instantly and he assisted me in activating it again.

The problem through whatsapp has been informed to technical personnel, soon after the problem was informed the technical personnel responded positively and well guided across whatsapp chat and the problem is solved successfully.

Excellent Service
It was nice. There was activation support through whatsapp. The technical staff was very helpful and we completed the activation within 3 minutes. GREAT product, GREAT service.

Spam
They provide a serial number over a what's app chat. Then that doesn't work when we try to activate. Then we have to contact them for support. They will send you a complicated process to activate. Also they try to push many times for remote connectivity of your device. Other option is copy paste the certificate which contains your system information. It's a spam.

The product is original as advertised. I ordered for Nitro Pdf 12: however, received pdf v13. The activation process was very easy and just followed the instructions sent in the WhatsApp. Just go for it.
