A ton of ingredients, easy to mix and drink
Following the suggestion of 500ml. of cool water, I mixed this in a shaker bottle and poured it into a glass in order to take the picture. You can see the color is a very nice blue. It mixes easily, stays mixed, and goes down smooth. They don't list a "flavor" on the package, but on the Amazon page it says it's lemon flavor. It doesn't really taste lemony. I think, given the color, they should call it "blue raspberry," but I think that's an American invention. This drink mix is out of South Korea. It is drinkable, though. If you don't know, the main ingredient, L-arginine, is an amino acid that has a very bitter taste. It's hard to mask, but they do a good job of masking it. You know it's there, but drinking this is not bitter nor is there a typical arginine aftertaste. So, that is a definite plus.As far as performance, I was a little underwhelmed. L-arginine in sufficient quantities should give a pronounced pump when working out. I drank this about 60 minutes before a workout and didn't get much of a pump. I think the amount of arginine, at 3 grams, is a bit low for me. I think next time I will add some arginine to this, or add this to another powder I have with arginine in it. We'll see if that helps. This has a ton of ingredients, overall, in smaller quantities. I think it has all the essential amino acids, but I didn't do a thorough accounting. This also has whole food ingredients and vitamins and minerals, in addition to other things.I think for this to really work, Foodology should make a couple of tweaks. One, either add a little more sweetener in the form of stevia (this has xylitol and some sugar) or just put another gram of sugar in. Two, bump the arginine up to 5 grams, keep the aminos that synergistically aid the arginine absorption, and ditch the rest. Alternatively, they could ratchet down the aminos in line with the rest, keeping just essential amino acids and market it as an EAA supplement. As is, it's a good powder that mixes and drink well, but it's kind of an in-betweener in terms of a pre-workout drink mix.

For the price, would like a little more transparency and quality
This comes in a box that both looks nice and does a good job of protecting the powder packs inside. I think they could manage to set it up so a full month's worth of packets could be included; that would be nice. Actually, the directions say to take 1-2 packets per day, so currently the box holds 10-20 days worth of packets. So I'm saying 15-30 days' worth would be nice. The expiration date on my box is Jul 2025, so a little over one year from now.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says none of those. The product page does say GMP-certified.I look into the supplement companies I use because there is so much deception in the industry and I've found so many shady companies lately. The places I normally see the country of origin said nothing about it, and the places that do say it aren't normally where you would check for it. The box in the pictures doesn't show the sides that have Korean writing, and it's been removed from the pictures of the tubes, as you can see in my comparison picture. I don't care that it's from South Korea, but keeping my eyes open for any deception or non-transparency helps me decide if I feel comfortable putting a company's products on or in my body. So I started off feeling like something was being hidden from me.I really like the ingredients, which a few exceptions: "Lemon flavored powder"? Most ascorbic acid is synthetic and/or from GMO corn - is this? Is the cinnamon the good Ceylon cinnamon, or any other kind? And a few others I won't belabor (cheap zinc oxide, synthetic Vit E and folic acid, for example). It's disappointing to get really excited about a supplement, then see corners being cut or inferior products being used, even if it's just a small percentage of the overall product. The box does have a phone number you can call "for reports of serious side effects." And I was able to find a functioning foodology-us site. It's mostly to buy products and share reviews. I can't find any information on their sourcing, manufacturing, etc., and I usually like to have at least an idea of those things before using or recommending a product.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but my results will most likely differ from yours anyway. Basically the price is a little high but not unreasonable, and there is a big company behind them. I'm going to continue with this box, but I will feel more comfortable getting supplements from a company that's more transparent and doesn't use synthetics and fillers.Thank you for reading, I hope it's been helpful.

I Can't Drink It! Can't Get Past the Taste!
I've tried adding citric acid, tons of ice, watering it down, adding a spoon of sugar, but nothing can get me past the tasted. I think it's largely the stevia, but there is something else, too. There is a citric taste as well, but the dead sweet and the stevia mask anything refreshing.I was shocked by the blue color although Blue Spirulina is clearly marked on the box and is probably the reason for the color. Blue food just does not look natural to me.I have never used Arginine before, but was hoping to up my running. Unfortunately I cannot get over the taste to see if it gives me that nice boost. The Arginine may be a part of the taste that disturbs me.The third ingredient is grapefruit powder. Be aware that many medicines react with grapefruit, so check any meds you take. I wish Amazon would require a list of ingredients on all products because if I had seen the Stevia, I would not have ordered this. (No problem with the grapefruit, though.)Finally, if you can tolerate the taste, I think this has a good array of beneficial ingredients. I think you can be confident of products made in Korea. I have been there several times, still have quite a few Korean clients. South Korea is a modern country with high manufacturing standards, not to be confused with some other nearby countries.
