I think I found the product very very good ! Obviously no product will ever be perfect.You will have to fix it obviously. You will need to understand the instructions which, to be honest, are easy to follow.You will need a small blade and a plastic scale type of thing which helps iron away any bubbles (no heat to be applied !). Both the blade and plastic was provided with the packing !You will (ideally) need to have two spray bottles, one for soap water to be sprayed lightly at the sticky side of the film and one with plain water to spray water on the glass surface.I single handedly fitted it, following the instructions.Also people think they should first cut it to the exact specs. I followed instructions and left around 1 inch extra each side. And once the film was almost applied into its intended place, I cut the extra bits on the sides with the help of the straight, thicker side of the plastic and the blade. Worked perfectly!Overall very happy.Having applied to the back garden doors, I have increased peace of mind that hopefully burglars would at least find it difficult to shatter the glass door in their attempt to break in, and hopefully they would leave unsuccessful.

Instructions are simple enough BUT when you peel the backing film off it seems to generate static electricity which attracts dirt particles onto the film . I fitted it to one small window and had to peel it off again twice to get rid of dirt and a hair I hadn’t noticed until it was fitted. It doesn’t like this and it’s not easy to do as it really sticks , it leaves marks in the adhesive .Fitting this is like fitting a screen protector in that you need to keep everything REALLY clean . I go over the glass with a lint roller.When I fit it to the other , larger windows I’m going to get some assistance and try to remove the backing when it’s hanging vertically so there’s less chance of dirt sticking to it.How another reviewer said it didn’t stick is baffling . Maybe they didn’t remove the backing film or clean the glass properly.I had no problems in this department .

Not as described, I received some kind of solar film. It is advertised as "safety security film" but nowhere on the box does it say this; or the thickness of the film, which is meant to be 400 micron.

Excellent product. Easy to fit and invisible once on.I think the key thing is plenty of water on both surfaces.Would recommend

Be warned what I had delivered was solar privacy window film and not what was advertised. Fair to say it is being returned.

Not very good , peeled off almost immediately, cannot recommend
