Keeps water completely out
Works fantastic for my purposes. My soft top leaks slightly, which gets the floor boards wet during rainstorms. Bought this just as a cheap cover to help keep the water out of my Jeep. This top was super easy to install, the straps went all the way under the Jeep to get a good hook on the pinch seam. Survived a severe thunderstorm without letting any water in to my Jeep, the top wasn’t even wet the next day. Seems to be fairly sturdy, especially if you’re not leaving it on 24/7. Great value for how well it works.

After One Year....
I bought this for one reason...my JK Sahara sits in the Florida sun sometimes for weeks and I wanted something to protect the soft top from ultra violet damage. This did the trick perfectly. You shouldn't expect $100+ quality from a $40 item, but so far mine has held up fine including the straps.8-12-16 UPDATE: after a little more than 2 years of use in the Fla sun, the straps are pretty much stretched out but remain usable. The cover's fit over the top in the up position remains quite good but with the top fully down with windows and doors removed (with tubular doors installed), the cover is a little saggy, especially in the rain which it holds in puddles indicating the water proofing is still good.If you leave your Wrangler covered outside for long periods, the cover will accumulate a lot of grime which eventually, after repeated settings and dryings, take on a musty order. My solution is on a sunny warm day to hose down the cover well and let it dry in the sun.One thing I found annoying is when the side windows are removed but the top is up, the velcro for attaching the windows will rub the top's material and cause it to wear prematurely. So now when I use the cover in this manner, I put strips of velcro over the exposed top's velcro. 1" strips with plain non adhesive backing did the trick.Considering the price, still *****

just a bit more fabric here would have been nice.
2017 Half Door Wrangler Unlimited. More or less what I've been looking for. When this one fails, won't hesitate to buy again. I give a 4 star review simply because for the price, it is doing the job.Pros: FITS JKU WITH TOP DOWN (But not removed) somehow this is not a feature with most covers, not everyone removes their top every time they drop it. VERY light- can toss over the jeep to unroll without concern of it smacking a window and scratching. WATERPROOF. Yep, they don't advertise it as such, but it's been in several downpours without a drop in the interior. Rolls up and stores in a relatively small bag. Breathable Quick to install. With elastic and lightweight plastic hooks, can deploy or take down in just a couple minutes.Cons: Material is fuzziness up. It would seem that it's wearing out. Have had for a couple months. Still waterproof, which is all I really care about, but half expect each time I put it up, that it'll tear. Half door JKU, a small space isn't covered over each mirror just behind the windshield, top fwd edge of the half door. Nothing short of a sideways heavy rainfall will ever get water inside, but still...just a bit more fabric here would have been nice.

It covers down to the top on the doors and with the door off it pretty kept the seats dry and carpet hardly of any ...
Buying another one. I bought one 2 years ago and give it 5 stars because it was cheap and handy. It has been left laying outside on the ground, ran over, etc. The material did start separating, not leaking but leaving "fuzz" on the carpet and seats. But instead on worrying about $100+ price to take care of I just tossed to the side till I needed it. It covers down to the top on the doors and with the door off it pretty kept the seats dry and carpet hardly of any water unless wind was blowing hard.

Listen to the one guy in the product meeting
Someone walks into a meeting at Rampage and it super excited she found a way to produce a cover for $50. Everyone high fives each other, except for one person. She raises a concern that the cover may be so cheap, it will easily break. No one cares. What do you expect for $50. But she persists and wonders aloud if such a cheap product will completely turn off customers to the entire Rampage brand.Listen to her! I will never buy another Rampage product. This was an insult to Jeep owners.

Nice fit and protection.
I recently had to start parking my 2016 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door JKU outside the garage. Today I removed the Freedom Panels from the roof (above the driver and front seat passenger). In preparation for this, I ordered this cover. I installed it easily and then we got a sudden cloudburst rain and small hail for about an hour. As soon as the rain was over, I looked inside and everything was dry. Water was pooled above the Freedom Panel area since there was no longer a flat surface to allow water to run off. Since this is advertised as water repellent, I suppose the water resistance will deteriorate over time, but for now it is practically waterproof. The fit is perfect. I have attached a photo of its performance during the rain. I believe the cover is intended to cover all of the windshield but you will notice mine rides a little high due to external mirror brackets that I have installed for use when doors are off. I’m happy with the cost and performance of this so far.

Decent for the price. Cover is made to fit ...
Decent for the price. Cover is made to fit over the hard top which leaves way too much material when the cover is on and the top is off. Water just pools there as it is not a tight fit over the. Makes no sense.

It's cheap and does the job for a soft top!
I have this mainly for when the top is down and I don't want to bother putting it back up. When there is a lot of rain in the forecast I'll put this on to give additional protection from leaks. If you are expecting a long term solution spend more, this will need to be replaced within a year. The hooks and straps are cheap and not durable enough for long term use. This was under 30 dollars on sale, so that is shaping my views on the product.

Works good. Worth it.
It keeps the Jeep dry. And it breathes, so no mildew.
