My Resmed sleep scores are routinely in the 96-100 range using these pillows. My scores were in the 80-90 range using the Resmed pillows with most of the lost points being due to mask leakage. Since I still had an unused Resmed pillow, I decided to use it to see what my scores would do. As I suspected they would, my scores dropped down again due to mask leakage. I'm also getting about a months usage out of these before needing to replace them. Resmed's about 2 weeks. With these costing a third less than Resmed, these are a much better value for me.

Ok, here's what you need to know.1. ResMed's cushions are double walled, these replacement cushions are single walled.2. Only after the first night of use was I able to pull it off the frame just like ResMed's, subsequently I have had to use my fingernail to lift up on the frame to pop the cushion out. It's not too difficult, I just worry that the frame will tear.3. These replacement cushions are really comfortable and are a great value, especially as a two-pack.I recommend these replacement cushions provided you have no problem fiddling with the removal from the frame. If you don't have the dexterity or the patience, I recommend paying for the official ResMed cushion.

Item seems to be of good quality and was packaged well. I’m a tall, slender female with an average-sized nose. The small was unusably big. Even after numerous adjustments, I felt like I was suffocating from the size of the plugs (yes, I’m sure the CPAP was on), and my attempts to breathe sounded like desperate wheezing from my nose. Sadly, I had to take the financial loss and throw them away. Disappointed.

This product seems to have solved a major issue of mine. I was using multiple type of nasal pillows all along. Over a period of 10 years on cpap , my wife adjusted me using cpap. Four years ago I lost my wife. I was a huge shock but thats life. Cutting long story short, a year ago I met an old school mate of mine who had also lost her spouse and we tied knot.She is a very sweet person but getting to share bed with a new spouse and my cpap became little uncomfortable. She knew about people using Cpap and was okay but when we actually started family this was new to her. She was supportive and she liked us to sleep facing each other, not the whole night but at least sometime to chit chat and drift to sleep. This is where the discomfort arose. When she wanted to lye down facing me, my nasal pillow used to shoot a jet of cool air right on her face. She was okay with the hiss of cpap air but the air jet bothered her , she just couldn’t take it. Eventually we had to stop lying down facing each other. I researched a lot and spoke to many experts nut all told me the exhaust of air is inevitable as it is must for air to release especially while exhaling. I came across the Resmed frame Airfit P30i thst came with a Resmed nasal pillow that had a wider exhaust hole with a fliter. This pretty much solved the problem though some air still used to make exit sound from sides instead of front.I experimented further and found these replacement nasal pillow and these are perfect. Minimal hiss , no direct air on my wife’s face and all good. My wife is do happy and we sleep the way we wanted.

These are fairly comparable to the name brand Airfit pillows. I do find I have a little more trouble breathing through the washable filter, but not enough that I didn't decide to switch over. It saves enough money to be worth it for me. 4 stars, a little improvement on the washable filter would make it a 5 for me.

New to Medihealer but glad to have found these P30i replacements. You may know that ResMed changed its “QuietAir Vent” design yet again in early 2023. Frustrating! ResMed has now released its third redesigned version in just a few years. It’s apparent that the company is struggling with breathability versus too much air fanning all over one’s face and body. This Medihealer version is very close to the design ResMed marketed from 2021 to 2023 yet better. Because there is no gauzy filtration material in the center, it’s more breathable with greater longevity since the venting area is easy to clean. The vent area snaps apart for cleaning. A step ahead and very quiet, too.In comparing comfort, I prefer its very slightly softer edges that don’t press up against the area below my nose like Resmed’s does.

These work just as good, if not better than the resmed cushions

It helps me breathe better with Cpap machine.
