Very disappointed with this item
The comb did not charge at all with the cable supplied. When I plugged it into an alternative cable it heated slightly and then died so it will not turn on at all. A total waste of money and I do not seem to be able to return it or get a refund.

Don't buy
Takes forever to heat up and switches itself off without warning so you have to wait an age again. It never gets hot, always just 'very warm' instead. It doesn't do what it says it's going to do, so if there's a better make, for more money, get that one because this one is a waste of time and money.

Good to just pop in your handbag. Does seem to take a long time to charge and to warm up but ok for use on the move when you want to freshen up your hairstyle. Not as effective as an electric one.
