CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP
Packed well, but when I took out the frame, it was broken (the frame, not the glass), so it must have already been broken when they packed it, is my guess. Feels cheap, not made well at all. Item not returnable for some reason, so now I'm stuck with an $18 cheap piece of broken garbage. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME! Not being able to return it makes me also think they know they are selling JUNK and they just want suckers like me to buy their broken wares so they can pocket the money and not have to worry about their inventory being returned because it's garbage. Buyer Beware!

Expected better quality for the price
When I received the frame the glass was out and prongs holding it in were bent. Surprised the glass wasn’t broken! The wood is warped so it isn’t flush with the glass. And I use wood loosely! The back feels almost cardboard like. Love the look but the quality isn’t there

False advertisement; It’s actually 3.5 x 5.25 inches not 4 x 6 inches
The quality of the frame seemed just fine, but it doesn’t fit 4 x 6 inch pictures. The opening for the pictures is actually only 3.5 x 5.25. I bought it for 3 up close portraits so there was no way to make it fit. It’s really a disappointment because it would have been so perfect had it been the size it claimed it was.
