Mostly comfortable fit
When lifting heavy packages or moving heavy items, this can be used to reduce strain on your back. It seems to pull you up and gives you much better posture. It’s quite easy to use and adjusts easily with some Velcro for a perfect fit. I was able to wear it over an undershirt but under my tshirt so people don’t have to see it. It’s my own little secret and it’s hardly visible under a regular tshirt unless your clothes are more form fitting than mine. It got rather uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing, but then I just adjusted it and was back at it. It may get more comfortable once I am used to it, though, or so I’ve been told.

Great back support for an aging body like mine
I've had quite a lot of back pain since I've entered my 40's and sometimes I'll pull something in my back and I can't move very well. I thought I would try something like this to see if it would help me. I wanted something for pain and something for stabilizing my back a bit.I bought the XXL. I am 5'8" and 225 lbs. It fits me well. It has a removable pad inside that attached to the back. It has like little ball things in it, I don't know, but they feel good when my back is hurting. They lay on pressure points is what it feels like. Ive used this a few times a week since I received it. I think it helps me quite a bit. I can't really sit in it, but when walking, standing, and laying down I feel a bit more stable and secure in my back. It's made well and I'm glad I decided to try it.

Greatly reduces back pain.
I have had back pain for as long as I can remember. I had fractured my pelvis and some of my vertebrae in an accident many years ago. That along with being very tall cause me to have terrible back pain. This back brace by GloFit is well constructed. It goes by size, so order your correct size. There is a little leeway, but it is pretty accurate. The first thing I noticed about this brace is that there is a removable pad that has all of these little round beads in it. You can place it on your lower spine/pelvis area. This pad makes a huge difference. I love how it instantly relieves some of my lower back pain. Just the way that it applies pressure right where my back hurts is wonderful. It is adjustable so you can place it higher or lower on the brace, where ever you need it most. You can remove it all together if you don't want it or like it. There are 4 stabalizer bars, 2 on each side of the spine that keep your spine erect and prevent slouching. The brace itself is quite comfortable. It wraps around your torso with adequate pressure. But then it has these extra straps on both sides that you can tighten and get the squeeze that is right for you. The velcro closures hold tight. So even during exercise it stays exactly where you originally placed it. I get so much relief of my lower back pain when I wear this brace. I don't mind picking up my grandchildren now. I don't get those lightning bolt, shooting pains when I use this brace. It is really lightweight and it is one of the most comfortable and supportive back braces that I have used. I wear this whenever my back starts acting up and when doing any sort of heavy lifting.

Velcro lasted a month
The Velcro stopped working after a month. I guess it's OK if you're trying to decide whether or not to get a better brace, but it's pretty bad quality.

Good extra support for occasional back pain
This brace seems to provide a decent amount of support to help during times of occasional back pain. The way the straps are oriented make it fairly easy to put on, although it can get challenging to make fine adjustments to the tightness and have it evenly applied to both straps.I'm the type of person, though, that doesn't want this thing wrapped on the outside of my clothes, showing it off to the world, as it's not exactly an attractive piece to view. When trying to hide it underneath clothing, however, the material around the outer edge of the brace is quite scratchy and uncomfortable when pressed into bare skin. So, I'd say the demo picture of wearing it at the gym while lifting weights is not going to happen. As long as it's worn in a fashion that doesn't touch bare skin, it works well. I certainly don't want to become dependent upon devices like these all the time, but it's a great thing to have on hand to help recover from a minor back injury from time to time.

Nice for back pain
This has been nice to have on hand to use from time to time when my lower back is sore. It definitely adds some support/structure and also helps me not lean forward so much. It’s very adjustable and the extra straps allow for a more snug fit.

Weak Pull Straps
The pull straps are not durable is already opening at the stitch. No I’m not pulling ridiculously hard on it. I pull just enough for it to stay in place for my back.
