Gives great shape!
First of all let me say that as a 35 year old woman who nursed and has lost a ton of weight, my girls do not stand at attention like they once did. Flimsy target sports bras and any kind of bralette are a joke to my 32D breasticles that now morph into the shape of whatever I put them in. But this bra … THIS. BRA. This bra gives me 2 individual breasts which is so much cuter than a tube boob. This bra is actually comfortable and doesn’t slowly slice into my skin throughout the day (most people who design bras hate women, don’t try to deny it). Now I don’t do a lot of high impact workouts, I lift weights, so I can’t say that it could best a jump rope … BUT if you like a low impact workout or just want a comfy and cute sports bra for the day to day, this is the bra. I’m buying one in every color. I’m wearing it every day. I love it so much I might sleep in it just to prove my devotion.

Nice looks but ill fitting
The design is really nice and the straps on the back are really comfortable as well. However, I purchased a XXL thinking that it would fit (as most of my clothes are that size) It fit like I'd bought a medium or large, so there was that. Also, it has pads inside the front of it. This is probably something that most women want, but for me personally, it's not something that I want. It would have been ok though if there was a way to remove the pads from the bra but there isn't. Will be returning to get something else, but overall, a nice product.

Size Up
This is a pretty good sports bra. The back straps are flattering, but thick enough that you don't have to deal with untangling them constantly. I also like that the insert cups stay in place and don't move around throughout your workout. The support here is probably overkill if you're just doing yoga or weightlifting, but it's been a great bra for my short-distance running workouts.My only complaint is that the sizing was off. I'm a 34D, so I bought a medium as recommended - it was insanely tight! The back straps rode up almost to my neck and I had to fight for my life to get out of the thing. I sized up to a large, and it fits much better, but I honestly could've gone up a size again to an XL.
