I love that it has a tare function, so I can easily weigh ingredients in a bowl or container. I also love that it has a variety of weighing units, so I can use it for everything from measuring coffee beans to weighing letters. It has really come in handy with determining how many additional ounce stamps to use on a few letters I've sent out recently.This scale is also very well-built. It has a sturdy stainless steel weighing platform and a durable plastic housing. It also comes with a protective cover, which is great for keeping the scale clean and dust-free. I really like the color and feel of the scale. The case is sturdy and closes securely. The batteries are already placed for you with a pull-out tab to power the scale. The tray is an amazing feature, along with the 50-gram weight to calibrate the scale. The screwdriver is a nice touch, and I also like that the battery housing is accessible with a screwdriver. Lastly, the option to power it by USB-C is a brilliant idea.What I don't like is that the scale did not come with a USB-C cord or a charging box. Now I wish I could get the same scale that has rechargeable batteries.It's a great scale, and I've already used it. It seems to be accurate. Only time will tell if it stands the test of time.

This is a very versatile scale! It is compact but can do many things. I plan to use it primarily in the kitchen for measuring spices, yeast, coffee, and other food ingredients. These days, several recipe ingredients lists are in Metric form--this scale makes measuring the ingredients EASY! The tare feature makes it simple to place multiple spices in a single bowl/vessel which saves me extra time in not having so many preparation vessels to wash. I like that it has a built-in case so I can place it in a drawer (keeping the counter-space clutter free). I don't worry about the scale getting damaged by other drawer companions.I really like that it comes with a 50g standard to ensure it is accurately measuring my quantities. USB charging is so great eliminating the need to buy and replace batteries.I love the variety of weighing units I can select units with the simple press of a button to scroll thru my choices.Once again, this in another extremely useful piece of equipment from GreaterGoods that makes my house just a bit more accurate while making things easier for me!I would (and have, already) recommended it to several friends.

This little scale is quite accurate. I appreciate that it came with it's own 50 g calibrating weight so that I know it's working properly. The case that surrounds it is very sturdy. Very lightweight especially if you remove the calibrating weight. I can imagine several uses for this scale. I wanted to use it to weigh jewelry I was going to sell for the gold. Price point is reasonable. Shipping packaging is earth friendly!

I've had this scale for 2-mos now and use it every day. The larger readout is very welcome, well placed and so easy to read. Love the hard clam-shell that surrounds this scale to protect it. The control buttons are very easy to operate (not too small) and well placed for user input. It is accurate and just as important reliably weighs every day without any deviation in results. The included weight for checking/setting accuracy is a useful bonus too. It's very well made and definitely a "keeper"...buy with confidence!

Small and compact, easily fits in pocket. My GG Scale will reside in my desk drawer. It came just in time to prevent me from guessing wrong on the weight of a small package for determining postage. I admit being somewhat of a Greater Goods junkie and have several of their products some of them over 5 years old.The scale is very intuitive. Didn't read instructions and was able to set the unit of measure to ounces for postal use with a couple of clicks. It self calibrates each time you turn it on, so if you use the tray or not, it will calibrate to zero. USB recharging is nice, no need to dink with battery replacement. Includes hard shell case and USB charging cord.Great price, easily stores out of the way and hassle free.
