Very happy with purchase. Used to secure large garden gate. Looks high quality. Fact it was police certified was important.

Looks high quality and heavy duty, 2-metre length is perfect for securing two e-bikes in our shed using a ground anchor and there’s plenty left for manoeuvring. U-shape padlock is also super easy to use.The 2-metre version is heavy so I’m considering buying a 1-metre version for when I go out so I can leave my bike unattended for a short while.How easy is this chain to be hacked? Is the steal really hardened? No idea but it is thick and the lock is even thicker so I don’t think it’ll be easy so some noise will need to be made to break it. Unless you’re carrying one of those ultra long huge and heavy bolt cutters.See a guy on YT trying to use one of those cutters.Angle grinders will of course go through it in seconds.Having looked at many others, this one is the best for the price.

Chain is excellent quality however the lock is ok but not of the same standard as a Kryptonite equivalent but much cheaper.

I have two e-bikes locked inside a keycode-protected bike garage. Thief broke into the garage. My old e-bike was stolen and the locks/chain (generic ones on Amazon not sold secure certified) were cut through cleanly. But my new e-bike which I locked using this diamond certified lock didn’t get stolen as it was clear that the U shaped lock was sturdy enough to worn down a blade on the angle cutter. The thief probably gave up and doesn’t have a backup blade. For the sturdiness of the u shaped lock to withstand some angle cutter strength. I give five stars. However it is not resistant to angle cutter and if the thief has backup blades, the u shaped lock would be cut through. Be careful if you assume that this protects you from a thief with an angle cutter and backup blades.

Chain lock is strong but my issue is the key won’t turn. I checked before I put it my bike it seem to work. Then I locked my bike with it. Now for the first time I tried to unlock my bike the key doesn’t unlock the lock so now I got a bike I can’t use.

I bought the 1m version and it has a really decent weight to it. The intention is to use it to lock my bike outside the house so I can use it throughout the day without storing it in the shed every time. It seems to be very sturdy and would certainly take a long time to cut through even with an angle grinder, and I suspect a thief would just give up given the noise etc it would make. That it’s Sold Secure diamond is great as it cover the insurance angle. I’m not quite convinced that the D Lock is as robust as its rating suggests - my other diamond rated U Locks seem much more heavy duty. However, the chain on its own for £50 is great value.

I brought this for my ebike and after tons of looking on amazon it came down to this, first it is amazing value for money and second for being solid diamond just a no brainier and it's even better than i thought, obviously it's got some weight to it which i like and came very close to getting the larger chain but glad i didn't as it would have been to big and heavy for my needs, highly recommended.

Second one i bought now they are great for what i need them for happy with my purchase thanks
