First, let me state that I purchased this splint to help with Achilles tendinitis as opposed to plantar fasciitis. Before I purchased this item, I tried two different hard splints (one dorsal and one posterior). I found that the posterior one, while it did hold my foot in a therapeutic angle and stretch my calf and tendon, would cut off circulation and develop a painful pressure point on my heel after just a few minutes. It was also bulky, uncomfortable and impossible to walk in. The dorsal splint I tried, while much more comfortable, did not hold my foot in place at all and provided no benefit at all.This splint is perfect, it provides great support and stretching while being completely comfortable to wear all night. I've already noticed less pain in the morning after just a week. I'll update this review if I find any negatives, but it looks like I'm finally on my way to healing thanks to this splint!

The design of this thing requires a tight fit at the top below the knee so that the pressure the foot puts on the strap can be resisted. In addition, there is no support for the arch in the stocking and after few nights it really hurt to use. I put a shoe support in it which helped a little. but the big problem is that to make sure the sock doesn't slip down your leg at night is to make it very tight at the top which cuts off blood flow and caused me to experience abrasions on the leg. I threw them away.

I got this to help with some tendinitis issues and some drop foot. It provides much needed relief and keeps my foot from dangling. It’s not the most solid brace I’ve ever had but it does just fine with appropriate use.

They work like I thought they would. Definitely not as much pressure on the toes like a Strasberg sock, but due to the raised position, my toes still go a little numb after about an hour, I but I get up pretty frequently so it's not a big issue. Walking in them is fine, just loosen the straps a bit before getting up.I'm an unfortunate soul that has Achilles tendonitis in both feet, so I purchased 2 of these splints. A few nights with these on and it's been a significant improvement.

This night splint sock was half the price of the previous one I had purchased and was a lot easier to put on and take off. It was also more comfortable to sleep in. The only thing I did not like about it was the sock would slide down so I had to keep adjusting it and re-strapping it. Hard to tell how well it works as I kept taking it off in my sleep.

After "trying them all" during 14 years of plantar fasciitis suffering THIS, in my opinion, is the right concept for an effective night splint. Dependingon the shape of your legs, if you have some calf muscle bulge it holds pretty well through the course of the night...better than any of the manyothers I have used. This is not a perfect product. Depending on how much tension you want to place the foot pad will tend to creep forward.This would be a much better performing product if it had an implanted heel cup. This product performs the best in holding well through thenight with moderately strong plantar tension and doesn't put any undo stress on the big toe which most of the other night splint products do.

Not shown in the photo on the version I received is a toe cap. If you don't put your toe in the cap, the foot slips out sideways or slides forward. The toe cap is too small for my size 11 foot and cuts into the skin across the top. Too uncomfortable, so I no longer use this device.

Did not serve intended purpose. The sock was too tight and worsened the pain. I couldn't keep it on more than a minute during the acute inflammation period so I waited until the pain went away. The hard bottom of the sock was way too hard for my inflamed heel. It somehow increased my pain level from 0 to 8 for just wearing it for less than a minute. Sorry it was not for me. May be it will work better for others.

This splint has saved me! It is amazing and has really helped improve my plantar fasciitis.

Y POR FIN EMPIEZO A MEJORAR CON ESTAS FERULAS NOCTURNAS, NO ES TAN RÁPIDO, EN MI CASO HE NOTADO MEJORÍA DESPUÉS DE UN MES DE SU USO, CONFORME PASAN LAS SEMANAS SIENTO CADA VEZ MÁS ALIVIO. OJALA LES SIRVA ESTE COMENTARIO Y A USTEDES TAMBIÉN LES AYUDE A RECUPERAR LA SALUD. SUEÑO CON VOLVER A CORRER Y ... QUIEN SABE ...
