FPVtosky RC 2 Controller Sun Hood Cover for DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI RC 2 Joystick...

I'll keep this short and sweet. This shipped pretty quick, and arrived at my door exactly as shown in the listing. It is reallt easy to install, fits perfectly, and will protect great, as well as block the sun on those days. The folding magnetic shade also works as intended, the magnetic edges clap right to the plastic shade and help block more sun when needed. The hinge seems to be constricted well, and had 2 knobby turn screws to attach to your remote. I have to Air 3S with the RC-2 remote with the screen, and this will protect it well. There is also a soft rubbery pad on the surface that makes contact with the screen, which I didn't realize until I opened it. Also a nice feature to help protect the screen. Overall I recommend this accessory, as well as this seller. Great value for good product.

When I saw the FPVtosky RC 2 sun hood I was pretty skeptical. There were no reviews and it looked almost too good to be true. I studied the video, studied the pictures, and read what I could find about it. So at a reasonable cost I decided to take a chance and give this thing a try. All I can say is WOW! This thing does a great job in sun protection for better screen viewing. The little front rectangular flap is very beneficial as well, and can easily be adjusted as needed. The hood fits like a glove and serves as a great screen and joystick protector when all closed up. The antennas remain outside the hood, and they remain unobstructed by the hood. I was a little concerned that the hood might interfere with the RC 2 heatsink, but it does not. I use a neck strap, and there isn’t any interference there either. While this product is pretty light yet sturdy, it does introduce a slightly different feel to the controller. It does not interfere with any of the control functions, however, so overall I give it a solid 5 STARS. This product is specifically made for a RC 2 controller and adds very little bulk to the overall size. However, if you already have a case to hold your RC 2, you might want to investigate to see if it will fit with the addition of this hood.

I have just got a DJI air 3 fly more kit and wanted a kit to have a sunshade/remote protection during use/storage. This was the one, I don’t have to unscrew the joystick knobs for storage, this cover installed to the remote very easy with the 2 provided screws, you can adjust the hinges tighter or looser to your liking, I didn’t adjust it since it was already perfect for me. Top flap can be up or down depending on your lighting. The neck lanyard is nice and soft around the neck, no sharp parts/stitching, also came with 2 screen protection covers to apply to your screen. Application was easy, it’s crystal clear! On top of it all, was a great price!! I also got this same brand FPV hard case which I’ll review separately. I am very happy with the purchase and as usual Amazon always has fast delivery. Thank you!!

I was hoping this would eliminate the glare on the screen. It helps little. I like it because I don't have to remove the joy sticks on the R/C and it protects the R/C screen when traveling. It fits really nicely on the remote and color matches well.

Great product - my sticks kept getting bent and this is now going to protect them , I love the sunshield - we shall see how well it works in the coming months , nice screen protectore goes on really easy. I had a lanyard but I should have just purchased this kit instead of buying it. This kit is well worth the money

The RC 2 controller screen is small and anything that can remove the glare is a definite advantage for me when framing photos or videos. This cover does the trick. With the magnetic hood, it gives me a clearer view regardless of the orientation of the controller to the sun. All of the control buttons are easily accessible and the hood folds down to a very small footprint. It was a perfect fit and the added protection is a big plus.

I like how it feels custom made for the controller and I like the ability to leave the control tacks installed. It looks good and the adjustable shade with the tucked away lid is a good touch. It feels secure and allows my lanyard to still be utilized. Granted it does add girth to the controller making for a tight fit in the flymore bag, but not a deal breaker as it promotes even less chance of components moving around around in transit. Delivery was prompt and packaging was secure.

I've been using this for a year! Its great, solid and has never had a problem. Securely attaches to the back of the RC2 with screws, does not block vents. I never have to remove the knobs anymore with this cover. The strap screws in very nice, with nylon washers. Comfortable flying for hours. BEST upgrade for RC2. Great price.

Utilizo esta cubierta de parasol FPVtosky con mi DJI Mini 4 Pro en vuelos ocasionales en exterior, y cumple muy bien su función. El parasol mejora claramente la visibilidad de la pantalla y ayuda mucho cuando se vuela con sol directo, reduciendo reflejos y facilitando el encuadre. El ajuste es correcto y se nota que está pensado para este tipo de control. Además, el protector de joysticks es un buen complemento para cuidar el equipo durante el transporte. Como único detalle, el material se siente un poco más blando (especialmente la bisagra) de lo que me gustaría, aunque no afecta su funcionamiento ni la protección que ofrece. Aun así, sí la recomendaría, especialmente si vuelas en exteriores y sueles batallar con el brillo del sol en la pantalla.

Me ha sorprendido cómo cambia la experiencia de uso del mando con este kit. No sabía que existía una solución así para el problema del reflejo de luz en la pantalla del mando, hasta que descubrí esta carcaza. Ahora lo considero un complemento imprescindible.
