Q: Do the shoes keep your feet from sliding when teeing off?

they do keep my feet from slipping. I was wondering, as this was the first non-replacement spike golf shoes I have used. So far so good.

Q: Is there a video for how the drawstring laces work or what size shoe laces would be needed if I want to replace them instead of the drawstring?

I don’t know about a video I just kinda figured it out. Just pull tight and slide the slip lock down. Push excess down against shoe. Love the shoes very comfortable.

Q: if the fit is not quite right, what is the return fee?

Amazon offers free returns. You can check the web site for specifics. I have bought Fitville shoes through Amazon and directly from Fitville, depending on where I could get the best price at the time. I have had excellent experiences with returns both ways .
