Does the job well.
Looks good, works well, lots of space to get a mug under the tap. Absolutely no problems at all, very good value.Used only half a dozen times so far, time only will tell how durable it will be. My only niggle is that the one I brought advertised as being 1500 watts when in fact it is only 950. Takes about 20 minutes to heat up and simmers away quietly on standby.Very pleased and would recommend for smaller groups or running from a generator.

Fast boiler and keeps water at correct temp.
Love the size - smaller than a piece of cabin luggage, so easily transported - we have two so we don't have to refill and wait for a bigger boiler - as one runs out the other takes over and the first is back up to temp when the second runs out. They will do about 20 mugs, before you need to tip the boiler which we avoid by having the second ready to go.Water pressure will ease off towards the end of the tank. Easy to carry size and heats water fast. We put ours on a slightly raised chop board (about 1.5 inches) so that a cafeteire would fit in nicely. Happy to recommend. There is a great safety feature too - if the boiler is left to dry out the electricity cuts out and you have to turn the boiler over when cool to reset the supply, so that it will work again.

Very good, but not perfect.
Bought for our social club to use. Simple instructions. Takes about 7 litres to fill and then 30 to 40 minutes to heat. Got 21 MUGS of hot water - so probably does 35 CUPS. The only criticism is that the lid is a poor fit, but it isn't a problem. Not used it in anger yet, but don't expect any problems.Thought of buying a bigger one, but now think we'll be better off with two of these if we do later need more capacity.

Brilliant piece of kit
Bought this for a 'DIY' wedding reception. Brilliant piece of equipment. Lightweight but sturdy, easy to use, reasonably cool sided, boils full capacity in approximately 20 minutes then keeps nice and hot ( even for tea making). Kept our serve yourself tea & coffee station going throughout the day and evening.

A good buy
A bit slow to boil but once it has it stays piping hot. Great size and looks good.

The "low" setting is very high and cannot be adjusted
If you only want to use the urn for a few hours, the water keeps very hot and is ideal for tea. However, if you want it to keep for a full day, the "low" setting is too high and cannot be adjusted. Although we only used 6-8 cups of water, the urn ran dry after about 16 hours. There was also enough steam given off to create a small pool of water under the urn (I checked to see and there wasn't a leak). Since it was not suitable for my purposes, I returned it and ordered another urn that allows me to change the "low" setting

Good buy
Too soon to write about whether it's easy to clean or not but can't imagine why it would be. Same for durability. So far it has been really easy and useful in a medium sized business- no longer having to boil the kettle a million times a day. We tried other water heaters in the past that were cheaper but they were TERRIBLE. And this water boiler is only about £10 more than a descent kettle, so no brainer really. :)
