Be careful ordering these as they arrive in a plastic bag and mine was cracked 4 times and had to glue and stick it up with sell tape, am not complaining it was only a pound. Might be better finding a shop who sells them. Other then that it comes with a couple cushions so it wont irritate your face when wearing it and there is a strong elastic piece to hold it on your head but be careful removing and applying it if you want it to last.
