I bought these kits for my 11yr old daughter & her best friend for a playdate! They hard a blast. It kept them busy, they worked together, and they came out adorable!

These crochet cats are absolutely adorable! The craftsmanship is excellent, with tight and neat stitching. They make a great decorative piece or a thoughtful gift for any cat lover. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This comes with stiff yarn and hard to see colors that a beginner would not be able to make that easily. They are cute kitties when you finish them but my daughter could only make the white one because the black is impossible to see and that spells disaster when you need to count stitches. You can mark areas with pins but it doesn't help that much. The cats come out miniature in size and in my opinion are not worth the overall cost. It wasn't all bad, I ended up buying yarn and having my daughter follow YouTube videos instead.

This was a perfect gift for a 10 yr. old who wanted to learn how to crochet.

This is my third time crocheting and I got this kit. Did my lion turn out perfect? No, BUT the pattern, yarn, and instructions were all great! This is the first time I’ve done something other than a Wooble, and I already ordered CROCHETTA axolotl kit too! Everything you need in a nice package. I definitely recommend!

the yarn quality isn’t the best, and the hooks in this kit are too small for the size yarn you get. If you are an absolute beginner with no other hooks around it will be difficult. even my mom who is a more experiance crocheter was having trouble keeping the yarn on the hook.all in all if you buy get some better yarn or at least a bigger hook.

If this is your first time, this is a great starter piece. Just know you need patience. There are a lot of different ways you will need to knit and there are a lot of abbreviations (that you can go back and reference at the beginning of the book). When you start, just make sure you have plenty of time to try and retry and focus. After a bit, it is super easy!! I am working on these with my 7 year old daughter. I would recommend!!

This is not for beginners at all. I have zero experience with crocheting. I thought this would be an easy way to get into it. Not the case! To just do the first part I’d have to learn 3 different crochet methods. So I decided to start with the basics and come back to the cats. The video is not helpful. I had to look up separate videos to teach be the basics. The yarn is also awful. I tried to use the extra yarn it comes with for practicing but it kept unraveling. So I had to buy all new yarn.My only problem with the actual product is that it says for beginners. I have no idea how easy or difficult this will end up being until I figure out basic crochet. Just beware if you are in fact a beginner!
