Love this but the ice pads don’t last long.

doesn't keep cold for long airline flights
It's pretty and it's nice quality but the ice packs don't keep insulin cold like it advertised. Day trip it thawed and 8 hour flight in carry on luggage it thawed. So we would suggest a different option if you want longer protection for your insulin pins.
