Case of 8, 18 Gallon Durable Construction Molded-in Handles Tote Box- Steel, Gray

I've used the bins shown in the product pictures for years. They're sturdy, have great handles, and last a long time.What I received were these very flimsy bins (see my attached pictures). They have a huge indent in the sides, limiting the actual storage space, and much worse handles. Don't be misled like I was. There are many different versions of Sterilite 18 gallon storage bins; you're getting shown the best in the pictures but receiving the cheapest.Very disappointed.

This is a great value. You cant even get totes this cheap at Big Lots. Set of 8, 8 totes and 8 lids. 2 LIDS ARRIVED CRACKED several other lids show signs of plastic stress. Hopefully I can get the broken lids replaced. Otherwise great value.

Arrived stacked inside each other with the bottom tote split/shattered. Seeing similar problems from other reviewers.

I am very pleased with the product and the price. However, when I recieved them, 2 of the lids were broken. I wanted to return just the broken lids for replacement but the company never responded to my request. I was approved for a return, but I would have to send all 8 totes back. I needed to use them right away. So I still have 2 totes, I cant use because the lids are broken. I planned on buying alot more but will just buy them at Big Lots for the same price.

The totes are pretty sturdy and fine for storing items in storage or garage. The problem was they arrived damaged. Two of the lids were scuffed up and cracked and another had white marks on it,like it had been in a wreck with a car and paint rubbed off on it. I assume this was done at the warehouse during shipping and stocking and nobody noticed or just didn't care. Won't even bother with hassle of returning since they are in garage stacked.

They are exactly as description stated. Just what I needed. Only thing is one came damaged. Contacted the company and they made it right.

They came crushed on teh corners. I had to send them back

Did not like quality of sterilite totes. Was using them for moving . Took to long for seller to respond with return info over 20 days. I had to end up using them any way, was out the money used to purchase them. Will never buy sterilite products again. Not as sturdy as Rubbermaid. Don’t like the way lids work on them. Was a mistake from the beginning. Won’t happen again.
