In my younger years I couldn't gain weight from creatine, mass gainer, or eating like a pig. I gave up on creatine for about 12 years until my metabolism slowed down. Now I tried it again with this product. I gained a few pounds, my regular lifts became a little easier, and my muscles are a little more filled out, but I don't look bloated. I've been able to put about 0.2-0.25 inches on my arms with some hard work. Nothing extreme, but I wasn't expecting results! The price is as reasonable as you're gonna get for supplements in Canada, and the quality seems very good to me! I went ahead and bought a second can. Can't remember how long the first one lasted me, but it was definitely well over 2 months before I got the the bottom of my first can. If the price and quality stays the same I plan to stick with this stuff, and continue to buy a surplus!
