The Very Best Of Dalida

A wonderful product demonstrating a multi-million selling artiste over two CDs. The collection contains 49 of Dalida's best known tracks from 1956 to 1961 plus one track from 1965(?). A wonderful portrayal of a wonderful artiste. Highly recommended.

Came across the name reading a Dusty Springfield biography - if you like French music and some great cover versions ( The Day that the Rain came amongst others!)plus an amazing voice you'll like this - a good priced entry into new music - exceptional value too with 40 odd tracks on 2 cd's. Ciao Ciao Bambino!

This is a good mix of her songs from the earlier years. Not up to the more commercialized productions of her later recordings but a good listen well worth the price.

This cd is great. Found Dalida on 50s French Internet radio and am hooked. What a powerful voice.

I heard of Dalida through a friend and thought what a lovely voice she had even though it is not in English. A very beautiful womanand yet such a sad life. Its a good CD to have as background music when just relaxing.

This cd is amazing...Only just been introduced to this singer, who sadly has passed away...What a great diva and singer, loved all the songs, so many classics from my childhood and even earlier, not one bad song here,love it!

This one was European-made and plays perfectly in North America/Canada. Beautiful recordings; all very clear and sharp. Very well made and put together all round --- Her voice is fantastic.

There are no more "entertainers" like her. Today's vacuous "celebrities" in the music industry (the vast majority) can't come close to Dalida. Quality and endurance of talent, stamina to persevere (and fight) are continuously dissipating.

Estoy contento con el CD. Las grabaciones son originales y de alta calidad aunque tiene pinta de ser un CD barato (la cartulina es un papel simple) pero tampoco se puede pedir mucho por el precio que pagué. Llego bastante tarde pero dentro del límite de envío (vienen desde EEUU). Hay que ver la oferta del vendedor que tienen buenos álbumes. Contento
