Instructions and tools are included in the packaging, and semi-quick setup, patience is a must when reading the setup instructions. Otherwise, this workout machine is definetly worth the purchase price.

I needed something for my apartment and this was the best fit for the space. It took me about an hour and a half to set up but I took my time. It looks good. Pretty solid. I like it for the price and for the convenience of not having to go to my gym when I don't feel like it. Also doesn't take too much space also which is good for someone like me in a apartment.

Worth the money. I use it every day. It's simple and easy to use. The only issue I've had is that it squeaks really badly. I've greased it, tightened bolts, loosened bolts and can't get rid of that awful squeaking.

It fits me well and the small area I have to use it in..quality is good

Good investment to keep yourself active at home. I am trying to build a gym room at my home and this is my 1st purchase. Comes with good instructions nd took me about 2 hours to assemble. Machine is fairly easy to use with lot of different settings. Color and design are good and best part that machine is compact and doesn't take up a lot of space.

The media could not be loaded.  We installed this elliptical machine about a week ago. We used it for week it’s steady well made and easy to move around due to wheels in front. The dashboard screen is not that fancy but it has all essential information with heart rate monitoring sensors on the handles.installation was easy too, it came with all tools.

Der Crosstrainer kam sicher verpackt an. Alle Teile waren separat eingepackt. Die Schrauben, Scheiben und Muttern waren auf einer beschrifteten Pappe eingeschweißt. Der Zusammenbau war recht einfach und konnte von mir alleine durchgeführt werden. Die Anleitung ist in mehreren Sprachen (auch Deutsch) und leicht verständlich. Nach ca. 2 Stunden war der Crosstrainer einsatzbereit.Da das Gerät keinen Stromanschluss benötigt kann es überall aufgestellt werden. Der Crosstrainer ist stabil und aus robustem Material.Ich nutze ihn jetzt seit ungefähr 3 Wochen täglich. Er läuft ruhig und gleichmäßig außerdem ohne großartige Geräusche. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad kann in 8 Stufen reguliert werden. Das Display ist einfach gehalten zeigt aber die Wichtigsten Daten gut an. Der Puls wird ziemlich genau gemessen. Ich habe dies mit meiner Sportuhr verglichen.Ich kann dieses Gerät nur weiterempfehlen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich nach dieser kurzen Zeit natürlich noch nichts sagen. Dieses werde ich aber nach einigen Wochen hier ergänzen.

Ein prima Trainer für den Heimgebrauch,egal ob wind oder Regen ,mit diesem Ergometer gibt es keine Ausreden mehr.Mit eingebauten Rollen im im borderbereich lässtsich der Ergometer an jeder beliebigen Stelle hinstellen Der Aufbau ist auch relativ einfach,Werkzeug liegt in der packung dabei.Die Einzelnen Programme sind auch sehr ausgewogen, so saß selbst Anfänger schnell Anschluss finden und so der Spaß am Sport und Bewegung nicht untergeht.Äußerst leise im Betrieb damit wären auch Trainingseinheiten zur späten Stunde auch möglich.
