I have yet to see a difference, but they taste ok.

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but wanted something that would help me to not be hungry all the time and this definitely helps. I feel like it takes a lot of my cravings away. For example, all my kids halloween candy is in the house and I am not really tempted to eat any of it. I don't feel a huge burst of energy, maybe a tiny amount, but this has been great to help me regulate what I am eating and not feel so hungry and that need to munch. I haven't really lost weight, but also, wasn't really trying to either.

These pills do work, but not in the way I was expecting them to. I have found that I get less hungry since taking these fat burner pills. I was more expecting them to be giving me a boost of energy, but I have not found that they give a boost like that. They do make me more alert, and having less cravings to snack on stuff though. they are filled with great ingredients so that makes me happy to be giving my body something that does have positive effects. the reason I gave them 3 stars is because of them not really giving me a energy boost, and because they have a tendency to get stuck in my throat because they are rather dry and are decently large sized.

I really got these LaPura Fat Burner Plus pills to assist in my workouts to provide more energy from the Green Tea & Green Coffee Bean Extract. I honestly can't tell a difference. I haven't noticed getting a higher energy workout, nor am I noticing an extra stubborn fat shrinking. So sad 😞

I’m towards the end of my “weight loss journey”. They say the last few pounds are the hardest, so I’m hedging my bet by trying some of these weight loss support supplements. What I like about this one is the great blend of ingredients it contains, and all of them ones I’ve found helpful. So convenient to get them all in 2 easy swallow capsules. I’ve been taking this product in the morning, while on an intermittent fast, right before my 1 cup of keto coffee for the day and it seems to work well to suppress my appetite as well as provide good energy. I’m sensitive to caffeine and was at first concerned at how much this might contain, given the ingredients “green tea and green coffee bean extract”, but I can’t say I’ve felt any noticeable caffeine jolt, so I think the amount of caffeine must be pretty low.One of better, more comprehensive herbal weight loss support supplements I’ve tried. I find it to be good quality and value and highly recommend👍🏻🥇

These absolutely hurt my stomach! I had a constant upset stomach anytime I took these and I immediately had to stop. When I did, my stomach wasn’t turning anymore. I would not recommend to anyone.
