Working well holding its charge

Arrived on time fully charged however had to file a small plastic lump off so it would let the door close

I needed a spare battery for my Pentax Optio, Original Pentax batteries are expensive but this one caught my eye when searching. It arrived in two days of ordering. It was charged overnight about 14 hours. I then kept using it until it went flat switching on and off, and using the flash, this took roughly three hours to flatten it, not bad so happy. I then charged it again in the charger until the light went from red to green, about two hours. This charge has been left to see how long the battery holds the charge, and checked each morning. I am now on the seventh day and the battery is still showing a full green battery, so very happy with it. The battery has square corners so fits perfectly in the camera battery recess. Happy to recommend this battery.

Although it is not an original - it seems to hold its charge and therefore has been well worth the money

This did not fit originally and I had to take a Stanley knife to it and trim some part off it. After that it worked fine and I am still using it.

So far so good re charged a few times and seems to last a long time

The battery delivered was actually labeled for a different brand of cameras (Panasonic) not related to the Pentax family of companies. It was however the same basic shape and size but was ever so slightly "different" in that the plasric spring catch that holds the battery in the slot had to be manually pushed to clip it into place. As a back up battery though at this price (less than 25% of the Pentax branded one) I am not complaining!

Arrived promptly and as described have been on holiday since receipt so haven't charged or used it but am assuming it will work well.
