For something that is designed to cut cheese, it does a pretty terrible job. Literally any other knife in the drawer will do it better, even a butter knife. This knife is flimsy and apparently just for looks. I'm honestly surprised at all the good reviews. Try cutting something as hard as cheddar. It just bends and takes off a small chunk.

This knife is cheap compared to others with the same overall form factor. But I figured it doesn't really have a hard job: be made of metal, be sharp, have less material to get stuck in the cheese, and that's it. How hard can it be?Imagine my surprise when the knife refuses to cut straight down. Every time I try to slice straight, it veers off to the right and ends up shooting out of the brick of cheese halfway down its trajectory. The only way I can get the length and width slice that I want is by pre-angling the blade at about 30 degrees into cheese, which is... weird.I can't figure out whether the problem is that the blade itself is mis-angled (although it looks straight enough), or the material is so flimsy that it just can't handle the extreme pressure of a standard block of cheddar, but either way it is not worth the cheap price I paid for it.

When I placed the order I was assuming that " 2 Pcs Cheese Knife with Sheath" means 2 knifes and 2 sheats.It would bee intersting to clarify the real meaning of the sentence.

Just a bad knife. I think I bought it for like $6-7 so I didn’t expect much, but man does this thing continually dissapoint.
