Very well made, great quality, great price, I would buy these for every room in the house if my husband would let me! 😂 My cats love having perches at every window and it keeps them at the window and not in the window frame, itself. They don't have to teeder & possibly wreck the screen anymore. Which is a huge plus! Must buy if u have a cat or two like me!

My cat is about 15lbs and we had to use longer screws and the anchors and screw it into a stud but it holds him well and we've had no issues. He likes it very much.

The media could not be loaded. Cat approves! This adds such a fun element to our home. The manual was poorly printed with little guidance but the pictures helped. Definitely need a power drill to assemble.

I read the reviews for this and bought drywall anchors and tossed the ones that came with this (reviews claimed they sucked and they did indeed suck) and also grabbed some wood glue to help with the bond that some claimed was weak. (Step board connection to the wall mount)My personal experience so far is that the twine on the steps seemed to unravel quite easily so maybe make sure to have some glue around to help keep it in place. It did arrive slightly damaged, one side's railing was perfect as perfect can be but the other side was completely loose with a broken dowel but some more glue fixed that as well.Proceeded to just eyeball it and called it good. My cat started using it not even 20 seconds after it was officially up.All in all, I found this purchase worth it and will try to update if/when this breaks.

I really like this, but it is important to have a house architecture where the 'outside corner' is really a good place for it, and not all houses will have that. Since there are only three steps it can't be high off the ground without getting more steps.In my case I really wanted to use this but the outside corners are not in good locations such as near kitchen or entry way door or back door where I don't want them going. And no chair nearby like shown in one of the product photos.The other issue is my house is an older house and the corners are not close enough to 90 degrees. To a certain extent it's easily handled with shimming but with my house the corners are too far off.Having said that, I like how it works and is built and if my house would accommodate it I would keep it.

The screws do not fit the holes on these shelves. The platforms also arrived with the little fence part broke . DO NOT BUY

My first advice, do not buy this unless you have a power drill.My boyfriend and I ended up going out and purchasing one just with the goal of setting this up.This item, while quality made, is nearly impossible to set up.To mount the items, you need to push through the wood, requiring a lot of energy. It is nearly impossible to do without a power tool. Furthermore, the brackets that come with it require you to notch and drive through the piece without anything to line it up.The instructions are small and the screws aren't even separated at all.Despite that, it is quality made.My cats are very happy to have something new to climb on.

My 2 kitties absolutely love this perch!! It was easy to install and seems very secure. We want to add more pieces to go with it to give them more play space but so far this was a great purchase!!

It comes with EVERYTHING you need. No joke, it even comes with a screw driver AND a marking pen! It comes with piles of extra screws and drywall anchors as well.It was a little more involved to put together than I thought, but it was very easy to do it just took more time to put up than I thought.Very well packed. All items are very carefully packaged in a nice cardboard box.Components are very sturdy and well-built. Shelves do NOT feel cheap or unsafe at all for my pet.Very good value for money. This is not a cheap throw away item.My cat ignored it for a few days, now she spends most of her time on the wall climber! Her favorite place to sleep - well above the dog!

We love the look of this product and our kitten loves going on his cat stairs. Perfect for someone who wants the same effect as a cat tree while taking up less room in your home. One of the pieces did come damaged and the wall anchors included to be frank are garbage and when installed the stairs wobbled and the screws didn’t even fully go into the anchor. After getting proper wall anchors from Home Depot the cat stairs feel sturdy so I highly recommend getting good ones before installation to save your self time and effort.

Excellent quality..built very solid..cats love it from the minute I put it on the wall.

My package came with broken and some of edge was damaged. But it was fine to us, and we installed last night. Next morning, my cat was up on the shelf and when he jumped down, it broken.Holding screws are very small, and connected part is not sturdy at all.For installing this, i drilled so many holes. It is so disappointed
