I was unsure of how well this would work due to the price. But it works amazingly. I suffer from tendinitis and it has gotten so bad that I will wake up every night with throbbing Achilles pain. On the nights I use it before bed I don’t wake up in pain. When I’m in pain during the day, I feel pain relief within a few minutes. The stand is a little wobbly, but I just tuck it under the edge of the bed. The multiple heads and adjustable stand, make it possible to place it on any part of your body. I love the fact that it has a timer so I will put it on and fall asleep. If you have pain try this with whatever else you are doing. It helps me so much.Update: 8 months later and this thing is a mini miracle for me. I have other red light therapy products but this one works best by far. My guess is the fact that it plugs into the wall makes it more high-powered, but I’m not sure. Today I wanted to rest and stay in bed, but my ankle was hurting me so badly I couldn’t sleep. I went to grab an ice pack that wasn’t in the freezer so I laid down and put the red light on my ankle 20 minutes later I’m pain-free and also feel like the muscles in my leg have more mobility. I love that I can get rid of my pain without taking any medication.

I like the multiple options from brightness to frequencies plus the timer option.It is too heavy but you can easily add weight to the base.The multiple and movable light heads are great as well.The telescoping pole really opens up different options for use. Highly recommend.

Ideally I would prefer a full body panel but this was the most affordable option with maximum number of lights, settings, and a free standing option so I can put it anywhere. I'm not an expert but I read light therapy stimulates ATP production in the cell to increase healing, blood flow, immunity, and anything else that is having difficulty functioning due to regular aging. Basically it makes your cell more efficient in its normal processes so it's not a snake oil cure all but it helps you do what you use to do when you were younger. I don't know if you'd like this if you have too much energy already or can't sit in one place for too long. There aren't a lot of instructions for the unit but the design is intuitive and easy to figure out. Put the top part in first. The only quality complaint I have is u have to put weights on the bottom cuz it's top heavy and if u have kids or animals its not safe to leave unattended. The lamps are bendable so you can shape it to your face, scalp, shoulders, or any part of the body you need. I've read some medical studies so I'm doing 3 minutes 660nm eyes open and 20 minutes for the selected body part at a higher level of infared with dark glasses on that the lamp comes with. You can dim the lamp for the eyes which is great and it's supposed to be good for eye health. According to the studies I read there's no difference between a 1 hour treatment and a 20 minutes cuz your body can only absorb so much in one sitting. 660nm runs at the same time as 850nm or 940nm which according to the study on PDT that I read increases the light penetration for both frequencies. I took one star off cuz the pics of the unit appears to be full body but it's really not.

They advertise a 12 month warranty. Mine stopped working as good last month my 11 month mark. I have emailed this company twice to try and get help. No response. The stand is wobbly also. Don’t advertise 12 month warranty and then ignore your customers.

I like these features: 1. One can set the timer. 2. One can set the brightness of light. 3. One can set the units of therapy. I have 2 suggestions: 1. Make the top where the lamps are connected more sturdy. 2. Once one sets the lamp, give them 10 seconds to place goggle over eyes to not damage eyes..

I bought this and was going to return it as the stand was wobbly but decided to keep it. The timer only goes from 20 minutes and up. I bought it as it had a 10 minutes timer but it does not. Can the seller please get back to me as to what there is not a 10 minute timer as advertised??

This lamp was easy to put together and feels very soothing. The 4 arms adjust to “wrap” around what you’re trying to treat such as a knee. I like the timer and ability to adjust the level of the light.

I use this during night one thing I noticed was I got a little tan idk if I’m trippin but aside from that it’s not so bad I do my own facials and then I would use this afterwards it feels really good ☺️
