Delivered nothing
I added these to a good reposado Tequila, 3 weeks later, aside from a change in colour there was nothing in flavour or scent these chips added, and if anything made it more not less astringent. As far as I can tell these are a huge rip off vs normal oak chips for BBQ smoking, will see if they work any better.That aside, the pros definitely don't use these and deliver nothing except an empty wallet.
