The media could not be loaded.  The painting they sent me.. the face details, they just looked unsightly. The seller did their best to replace it but the package got stuck for two months in china. had to consistently pester them to check on it. They later issued me a refund. I still appreciate the service.Tip to customers. Dont expect the portraits to look precise, better yet, message the seller your picture and see the proposed outcome if you like it before ordering.UPDATE!!! Because i finished the painting.Actually, me and the seller been messaging back and forth and the replacement they sent me got stuck in china so i just painted the original one. Hey! Look 👀Im loving it actually!! This is my very first painting i did 100% on my own and so many people commenting it looks so good. Being the perfectionit I am i only see how the colors are stiff close up but if you stand away from it the colors actually blend nicely.5 stars to the seller and thank you so much for this very nice stress reliever. And 💯💯💯💯 thank you for sending me a replacement although it never came💪🥂👌 WILL DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN!!

Unfortunately one color was not included in the kit. Thankfully, I’ve done many of these and have many paints on hand to replace what was accidentally not included. Also that color wasn’t needed a ton. Overall, I loved the end result!

Turned out perfect. Details were a bit small in some areas, but for the most part I had great fun. Colors were fantastic. End product was amazing.If you pay for the version without the frame, you have to put it on a frame yourself. Like a structural frame. If that's something you care aboutTook a while to arrive. But that was more an issue with USPS than the company itself. The company shipped it quickly and it got to the states quickly. USPS just held onto it for over a week for no good reason at one of their mailing facilities.

Let me start by saying this is NOT for the faint of heart! I am by no means an experienced painter or artist and this proved it further 🤣🥴 However, it turned out absolutely beautiful! Some of the spaces are so tiny, but they make a world of difference. Have patience and take your time to do it right, this is an amazing product!!!

Very accurate and good paint quality. I am pleasantly surprised and happy at the results.

Final update... never buying again, y'all did me dirty lmao, i look so bad like im blond and i dont even have EYEBROWS. At least my boyfriend looks decent. I was also missing a number and had to improvise. Not qorth the money or hassle, dont buy.Okay quality, the photo paper/canvas part itself is good but the wooden frame... very flimsy and one of the pieces had a weak part and started to crack, so i had to be very careful withputting the frame together. With that, i thought i was ordering a pre-framed canvas, didn't expect to have to put the flimsy frame together and tack the paper to the frame, I've done it 5 times now and i just cannot get it straight and firm enough to where it doesn't look like i put it together, and since my frame has that weak spot it ever so slightly is lopsided and its driving me crazy. Won't buy again but good photo and came with 2 sets of brushes, will have to do for upcoming anniversary and i don't have time to wait for a new one. Would recommend buying just be prepared to put the frame together and try to get the dang thing centered😵‍💫
