We got this for our trip to Europe. I had to entertain my little one. I love my tablet! No issues at all

I had already considered I lost money buying this junk and posted a review last year letting people know this is a worthless junk product that most will be disappointed if they buy it. Never took any more thought about it then they contacted me and asked me if I wanted a refund to type FULL REFUND in a return message so I figured I would since they gave me the offer and committed themselves to a refund. the following is the text conversation. The last message I got was I had to contact another division and the contact person was Nancy. Nancy who I thought and how do I contact her? Since the tablet is relatively cheap I don’t expect much from it. That’s a bit grainy and lags when opening apps, but overall it works.

Good tablet for the price

I was looking for a decent tablet to use for various everyday things like movie streaming & shopping, this tablet definitely excided my expectations for being in the cheap side. Obviously don't expect the most high quality in it but this is a great device.

The battery port broken 2 weeks after receiving it! The case is cute but it is not protecting anything.
