Material is soft, fits as expected xl on a male 5’9 200lb if you want a loose not compressed fit. Quality is great.

Amazing gym shirt
I’m 6’2 and 344 currently and I got the 3xl size. It’s hard to find shirts that fit me well but this is perfect on me. Comfortable and movable in the shoulders while being just snug enough to make my arms look nice.
