Wish I had measured more carefully. I just assumed large would match a large... This plate is very big to use with the "large" size Chalice that matches. I wish I had gotten a medium plate. In fact, I thought I had been shipped a smaller size chalice until I measured it. Both were as described, but don't really look like a set together.

wall decoration!!!
The plate is great and in reality looks just like on the picture, but it's a wall decoration. I was probably very stupid to imply a plate with no special notice should be used for food. So now, it's a real dilemma how to use it...
