They do keep you warm
I use it to work out in cold weather for water aerobics and it fits very well and it keeps me warm..

Great fit for plus size women
Wow this suit is wonderful as a plus size woman who swims daily this fit great. Its not to heavy and the zipper front makes it easy to put on and take off. Living in Florida makes the light weight great because you can wear it when we do have cool days in the morning

Full body spandex, not wet suit.
It fits, is comfortable, even fairly flattering, but I was looking for warmth.

Great under layer for a wet suit the size is a bit off
I got this diving skin to wear under a wet suit. When wearing this it is a lot easier to put on a wet suit either when it's dry or when it's wet. I'd definitely recommend this as an addition.The size of this is a bit off.I am 5'5", 130lb.I usually wear Small or Medium in street clothes. The size chart for this had my body measurements for a Large suit. So I bought a Large. It felt a bit loose on me when I worried it on. When I wore it to the pool it felt too baggy after it got wet.I got a size Medium after that. The Medium size feels a bit tight getting into. It's a bit small in the shoulders.But when I'm in the pool the material stretches and feels just thr right size.I'd say if you are between sizes order a smaller size since it will stretch in the water.
