This was ordered for a friend as a memorial present for the anniversary of her father's death. The seller knew the date I wanted the item to arrive by and tried to ensure it arrived by that date which despite being a very short time scale it did. My friend loved the item and said it was good quality and a lovely gift to remember her father. You need to contact the seller to arrange the inscription and the photograph and the communication with them is good.

Bought this for my partners birthday with a picture of his friend who sadly passed away a few years ago.I’m never one to put reviews on Amazon but this was amazing.The attention to detail was second to none, great correspondence from the seller and arrived well before it’s due delivery date.Also, the material used for the keychain feels so much more expensive than the actual price it was.My partner loved his gift and I will definitely buy from this seller again.

What can I tell you. I purchased a key ring that was £15.00 one sided and I was happy but this company not only engraved a photo but you can write on the other side and it’s so much cheaper yet 100% nicer. I ordered 2 of these for my mum & dad, 1 arrived the other didn't. I emailed the seller who had misread the order, but less than 48 hours later the second one was hand delivered personally ...What a Service [Thank you]. I bought 3 of these as gifts and i can honestly say, they are amazing! Great communication as the pic I wanted, was too shaded so i was asked to pic another. This, i was grateful for and that the lady didnt just engrave any picture when it wasn't suitable. It proves there is care in what she does and not just earning money.
