Face to Face with Wolves (Face to Face with Animals) Paperback – August 24, 2010

This book is a Christmas gift for my 8 year old grand daughter. It is a beautiful book with very nice pictures and information on Wolves. She is in love with wolves right now and I am sure she will love it.

This educational book for kids holds lots of facts about wolves. Huge amount of pictures. Would recommend for others.

Both my son and I loved this book. If you like wolves you will to. There is a lot of great information inside about wolves.

This is more like a pamphlet than a book. How many books have your read that have fewer than 30 pages? On top of that, the text is very small, so they crammed a 50 page book into 29 pages by using 10 pt. type.I got this as a gift for a young girl. It's probably okay, but I almost feel like buying a real book now.

I bought this book for my 11 year old daughter because she loves wolves. The book is very thin, and is written on a lower elementary level. I am keeping the book, because to ship it back costs almost as much as the book did. It's a cute book, just keep in mind it is written on the younger child level. The book arrived in excellent condition and shipped quickly. I just wish the description had a reading level posted.

The photography in this book is amazing! We used this book in my class with our reading unit and the second graders were highly impressed with the photos as well as the information they learned. Highly recommend! It is definitely above second grade reading level, but I had a high achieving class and they really enjoyed it.

A must have on Wolf information if you are looking for a book to learn about them or the different kinds of Wolfs this would be the book I recommend to have. It is easy to read and takes the time to give you information the average book would not. This is a great resource book for the High School or College level for reference and has a lot of other references in the book to use. Excellent read and enjoyable.

I love any sort of animal, especially wolves, so when I saw this book on the website thought I would buy it, but I was very disappointed. It was extremely thin, and was not very informative. If I'd have known I would not have bought it which is a shame. I did expect a lot more to be included.
