A good easy-to-understand book that still covers subjects in detail. Ideal for Smallholders like ourselves as well as more experienced farmers. Many books I looked at buying were American and not always relevant to livestock keeping in the UK, so I was pleased to find this.(warning - there are plenty of photos you don't want to look at over breakfast!)The book arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. I bought this as a gift for my brother who is a farmer and has recently started rearing beef cattle. Unfortunately he has not commented whether he really finds it useful, but was very pleased with it at Christmas.
