Sewing machine
It's good for first time learner, but bobbin control on top keeps making thread stick. Good value. Sturdy.

Why Isn't This Famous?
This is a somewhat hard to find product, and some say that information on these is lacking. Well, if that could be the case, then the reason for that being is that the excellent quality of the Woodtek 10" midi lathe is a very well kept secret. Mine at least ran flawless from the get-go and has run several hours a day, most days of the week, for about half a year now, without a hiccup. It has a heavy cast iron body and remains immobile with no need of having to bolt it down to the tabletop to keep it steady. It runs super quiet, though compared to other power tools I think lathes tend be like that overall, and it I can turn comfortably without having to worry about my ears being any worse off in my old age than they would be otherwise. This lathe has an air of wholesome quality to it, with pleasant roundness and colors that are both vibrant and easy on the eyes. Aesthetics wise, it is a much more satisfying machine sharing with the uninspiring industrial-chic so common nowadays only the qualities of ruggedness and durability, with none of the harsh lines. The only piece of plastic obvious on this machine is the start switch which isn't terribly thin and given the gentle, caressing amount of force one needs to flip it, I don't really see a reason for this ever being a problem. I suppose the lever that locks the other lever for engaging the motor to the pulley system is plastic, as well as the knob to the pulley access hatch but neither have ever been a problem for that. All is sturdy, well aligned, and easy working. If I may say, the knob has a spring attached to return its associated door to the closed position and it requires a relatively clean jerking motion to open it. That is very fine and nice, but I myself am short of table space and in these cramped conditions I find myself banging my hand into the neighboring drill press more often than I'd like and I wish the spring were a touch lighter weight. It has a 1/2 horsepower motor and having been in a woodshop with a full sized lathe I was surprised to find that they had this in common. Perhaps a bit under-powered for a full sized lathe apt for larger turnings but in this midi sized one at least you should have no trouble with anything that'll fit on your lathebed. It has a six speed pulley system and all six are useful to have. I find myself using to second to highest speed most often since it's about as fast as it can go before sandpaper starts leaving deep scratches almost as soon as you touch your work.It came with a cup live center and a spur center as well as with a ramrod and everything pictured. It has basically everything you could want in a lathe this size, being a robust and capable machine, and at three hundred dollars I do think that it has the potential to become the most ubiquitous tabletop lathe in America. All it needs is a TV ad.

Simple & well made
This is perfect for the not so artistic type. I did put a little round foam in the hole to stick the flowers in but if I cut the the flower stems a little shorter the foam won't even be necessary. Two sides are smooth finished & the other two are rough - with a drain hole in one of the rough sides. I did expect it to be a little larger but considering the weight it's a good size. No wind will budge it for sure. Packed very well & fast ship. Very pleased all in all.

Not polished on all 4 sides.
I have purchased 4 of these vases. The cost was so much better than purchasing from my local dealers. The color of the granite was spot on in all 4. My only wish is that they had been polished on all 4 sides instead of just 2. Over all very happy. Would purchase again with no hesitation.

Cutest little thing
The media could not be loaded. This tiny sewing machine does the job. Of course don’t expect to sew a wedding dress (although you might be able to) but for quick mending and smaller project you can depend on it. It’s very portable and easy to figure out. It has it basic functions and pretty steady speed. We completed some scrunchies. Great forts sewing machine for kids or adults interested in sewing.

Burned
It was plugged In for about 15 minutes without even being used the very first time. It made an awful sound and smoked and no longer turns on.

Bought it for my grand daughter
My grandaughter was happy and it only took her maybe 5 mins to get it down and start sewing.

Just what I needed
I bought this ladder along with a stand-off so that I could reach, and clean, my guttering. The ladder is far more sturdy than others I have used and feels a lot safer when working on it thanks to the stability bar (I'm not great with heights). I can manage to move it about on my own (I'm in my 60s) but it is easier if there are 2 persons. The bar was a bit of an issue fitting onto the ladder as the rubber sleeves on the ladder were standing proud of their sockets but a quick shave with a Stanley knife and the bar slotted right in. The ladder is slightly bigger than I actually needed but I, and my neighbours, will be using it for many years.

First class ladders
I work within the Construction Industry, so I spent a lot of time online choosing a ladder suitable for my home requirements and so it was with some trepidation that I placed the order, hoping that I had made the right purchase. My concerns were answered when the ladder was delivered as I could see I had bought a quality product. I have just fitted the safety bar and assessed the ladder and i am so pleased to confirm it is very well made, providing a very sturdy footing, the safety bar at the bottom provides stability, however the construction is such that it is easy to manoeuvre. The packaging was protective to ensure that it arrived without damage. I am absolutely delighted with the purchase and now I am excited to be able to do some work on my house from a very safe perspective. Thank you T B Davies, I have no hesitation in recommending your product to other customers.

Good ladder for reaching up high
This is a sturdy, well-built ladder. Even when extended to 5 metres I have no worries about it. I considered buying a telescopic ladder, but after realising how much they bend, I was glad I chose this instead. I am in two minds about the stabiliser bar at the base. All tall ladders are required to have them, but they can paradoxically cause instability by tilting the ladder on ground that would otherwise be perfectly okay. If necessary you can unbolt and remove the bar, although no doubt this breaks health and safety rules.

Great value ladder
Just what I wanted. Perfect length to reach the house eaves and nice quality. Arrived very well packaged and on time. My only gripe would be that I had to purchase a couple of rubber feet separately from TBD so that I could use the ladder in a restricted space without the stabilising bar if necessary. TBD tell me that they are not permitted to sell a ladder without a stabilising bar due to health and safety regulations. Would be good if they could make the feet an add option for a small additional cost.
