The bar on one side was manufactured completely off being 90 degrees from the base. Very poor quality. Also had scratches on the back finish. Returned for refund.

This towel bar looks and feels super sturdy!The difficulty comes in the install, trying to get it level is TOUGHI would say if they included a fold out template would be super helpful!

I wish I took a picture before returning it. This towel holder it was manufactured crooked so no matter what way you put it on your wall it would look uneven. We returned it. The quality and the finish was fine.

Product light weight and of a lesser quality material than I expected. A template to assist in placement of the brackets onto the wall would be helpful.

Nice looking, good quality, very sturdy, size enough for one face towel. Easy to install.

This towel bar came packaged well and there’s a bit of weight to it for the size which would indicate its quality. I got this to replace a full sized towel bar installed by the builder… it was way too big for the space but I didn’t want your typical hand towel bar there either (the hanging circle type). We had just replaced the vanity top and faucets which have bold square handles and waterfall spigots - see pics, one shows the old builder towel bar and then the new set up including the new square towel bar that coordinates with the new faucets. I think, overall I’m pleased with the look - probably should’ve gotten a towel bar with another 1-2” in length but I’m not going through fixing the holes and repainting… I’m done with home improvements for right now lol.

I would not buy again. Very cheaply made
