It's easy to use..you can adjust the rollers to hit the spots that are needing attention. It gives relief and you can massage your own neck. Don't believe the advertising that makes it appear to "pop" your neck. It is not that powerful. The plastic gives a little under pressure. But it does what I expected.

I use this product for my back I really hated it it made it hurt worse than it already was hurting it looked very soft and flexible in the video but is very hard and painful on my back

I was hoping for something better. It is small and tight on your muscles. Maybe too tight. Don't really use it because of that.

This is very soothing and works well for my neck area. It seems very sturdy too. If you have no one at home to give you a neck and shoulder rub this fits the bill.

My husband uses this to stretch his lower back. It was recommended by a Physical Therapist to help him stretch after or before playing Pickleball. Must work as he uses it every day!!

I expected a firm but cushioned support. This sucker is hard as a rock and impossible to use. I'll go back to using a bed pillow.
