Absolutely! Perfect to shred cabbage or Kale too for individual servings and not make a big mess.

Q: Does this mince garlic?

I really can’t say but I would guess it wouldn’t be good for that. I use mine all the time for herbs and it works great. I suggest getting a garlic press.

Q: can these scissors be used to cut fabric or paper?

I just tried to cut paper and material and it did cut them. It actually worked pretty well for shredding paper!

It does not come with a manual. It can be used in the same way as ordinary scissors.Quickly and directly cut herbs on pizza, salad, casserole and soup. For example: onion, coriander, parsley, rosemary, leek , celery and other similar herbs. Cutting seaweed is also good.
