Read my review before you buy!
My husband asked me to get him one of these, and although I figured he'd probably never use it, I got it for him. It was delivered, and I happened to be working on a little project of my own, so I borrowed it, promising myself that he could use it when I was done. It was very comfortable. It was handy for several things. I kept it a little longer, bringing it to my craft room and hanging it where it was easy to grab. Turns out, it picks up a spilled box of craft pins really fast, and is great for keeping miniature screws and parts from getting lost, etc. So, long story short, I'll be keeping this one...and I will have to get another one for his Christmas stocking. I recommend you buy two.

Very convenient magnetic wristband
I don't know why I never thought of something like this before. I try to keep my magnetic bowl next to me so that I can keep hardware and small tools nearby. This does the trick even better. I won't use this working in an engine bay, I don't trust the magnet quite enough to hold little screws that could vanish into a place like that, but for working on a variety of home projects being able to keep a few screws, nuts, and an allen wrench right there on your wrist is very convenient. It's also easy to store, it just sticks right to the side of my metal tool bench leg.The wrap on this is a decently solid fabric and the seams are good, so I think it will last quite a while even with the abuse of constantly sticking sharp screws onto it.Well recommended, this is a good and convenient magnetic wristband.

Magnets not strong enough
I liked the concept. The band isn't too bad to wear. Just one problem, if you bump anything those tips are going to fall off. I may do a little modification myself to install some stronger magnets (or more magnets, don't know which). If you don't move around too much and want to hold screws or extended tips (larger), it works pretty well.

How did I live without this before?
I saw this and thought, “oh, Dad’s birthday is coming up,” and remembered how annoyed he got dropping screws when be helped me set up my AC earlier this summer. This seemed like a no brainer Dad gift. Ordered. But when it arrived I happened to be putting up curtain rods and nothing could be more annoying than dropping screws and having to go up and down the stepladder to retrieve them. So I tried this thing out and OMG this should come with all toolkits. It is pretty chunky (makes sense, it’s magnets) but seems well made and would fit all but the smallest wrists - it’s one long line of hook and loop to adjust to whatever size (pictured here on my nephew’s wrist). The magnets are strong enough to hold a pair of kitchen scissors (the biggest thing I tried so far). Basically you can forget the nail box and just carry them on your wrist. This rules.I guess I should get another for my Dad lol.

An Extra Hand is Often Handy
I needed to install cabling around the ceiling of a large room at height. This was ideal after I figured out which way to put it on (no instructions and I tried to put the outside on the inside - did not work well) and which wrist worked best for me. I have small wrists and was still able to attach it securely. Big wrists would be no problem either.Once I got that figured out I was able to load the wristband with staples. Being magnetic I was able to pour some on a table and roll It over them - no need to keep picking them out one at a time. I was able to hold the hammer in one hand,, hold the cable taut with the other, grab a staple and hammer it in while working at arms length above my head without needing to keep reaching for a tool or nail. Made a tedious job much quicker and easier. No good for large tools, although it does have pockets for small, non-magnetic items. I'll be keeping it in my tool bag for future use and would highly recommend grabbing one ... just in case you might need it.

Comes In Handy!
I purchased this for my husband, who usually asks me to hand him the hardware when he's assembling whatever new household item I've ordered from Amazon. We were both surprised by how handy this magnetic wrist cuff is for holding screws, nuts, bolts and nails while he's working. Although I don't mind helping, it's so much more efficient for him to be able to keep everything literally at arm's length and easily accessible. I've also discovered it's good for holding straight pins while hemming. Great little item and gift for anyone, male or female, who enjoys doing any home projects, and very affordable.
