Did not work well with my short hair. Had trouble returning it because label sent by seller was not valid. After paying for the shipping it was returned, stating attempt to deliver unknown. I was really bummed, but the seller was honorable & gave me my full refund for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with the service. Thank You

Charge it all day and still didn’t work

The item didn't work, it didn't heat nothing good about the product. In addition when I tried to return it I was asked to keep the product and settle for 50% of my refund. Why keep a product that doesnt work, so i emailed the seller who finally sent me a return lable that I still had to end up paying for shipping. So I am out $8.00 because I had to use the additional 8 to return a defected item. An item that cost a total of $16.00 dollar with taxes. Do not purchase the item upon reviewing other comments I found many people received a product that doesnt heat

My first time using this device was very positive! I have fine, curly/wavy hair and humidity is not my friend...BUT the portable, cordless device saved me today. Worked just great to smooth out what curled up just being outside for a few minutes. Great when out and about and no electrical outlet nearby. Will fit in a medium to large purse or carry bag. Heated for about three minutes and only needed a couple of "passes" through my hair and unwanted waves/curls smoothed out. Great find! First use so I can not comment on how long the charge lasts. No issue with fingers being subjected to heat.

I saw a video of this item and I was VERY EXCITED. It took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, I charged it per directions. It didn't do ANYTHING to my hair. It didn't straighten, smooth or curl. What a waste! I went to the RETURNS to send it back. It gave me a label to put inside the package. It send the seller would send me a return address label within 2 days. It's been three days and I'm still waiting. I have a feeling I will never get it. VERY disappointing.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this for a trip. I got to my location, opened the box, plugged it in, lights started blinking, waited 10 minutes for it to charge. I felt the straightener and it never heated up. The written "instructions" are useless but I tried it again, and still nothing. The company shipped from China, so although it may be "returnable" they do not provide a shipping label, and it would cost as much to return it as it did to purchase it. Because the first one failed, and my travel event is over, I don't want another one.

Purchased this rechargeable mini hair straightener. Finally got it charged and tried it out - it did nothing to straighten the waves in my hair. Next day I thought I'd give it another try but I turn it on and 5 seconds later it goes off. Keeps doing this! And to top it off, you have to pay your own return postage to return a straightener that doesn't even work! Don't buy.

Ok charged this fully when i received it. Took 2 weeks by the way to receive. Barely gets warm on the highest setting, i can touch the hot part of comb the entire time. Doesn’t straighten hair at all. Kept it on highest setting for 10 minutes and nothing. Waste of money. Would return if i hadn't thrown the box out. Does absolutely nothing to your hair.
