These were pretty easy to install and we will give peace of mind if you have an area you're wondering is changing on your house.

Yes, we had installed the necessary Cracking Monitors (totally two of them). It looks great.

Doesn't come with everything needed
Would've been nice if it came with tape, command strips, glue, etc to stick it to the wall, not everyone has access to mortar drill bits!

If cracks in walls get this
We had some cracks in our basement walls. Making sure it wasn’t a foundation problem the structural engineer told me to insert these cracks and monitor There will be deviations but overall you can get a sense of what is happening.

Crosshairs Fade/Disappear. Don’t Buy These!
These were installed for 1 year and upon reevaluation, the crosshairs had completely faded. There is no reading possible.
