I bought a new pellet smoker and wanted to smoke a brisket. Searched and read many different brands and reviews, finally settling on this rub. Great decision; brisket turned out PERFECT and flavor was incredible. This will be my only rub.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this rub as a replacement for the now defunct Oak Ridge BBQ rub called "Black Ops" that was exceptional on brisket, based on some online reviews I saw. It turns out it is a near-perfect replacement. Exceptional flavor, good but not too much salt, and builds up a great bark on Brisket, short rib racks, and the like. Great stuff.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Amazing brisket rub. This is all I use now. I use so much of it that I had to buy the giant bag. Everyone loves to eat my brisket and comments on how good it tastes.

Smoked my first brisket on my kamado joe using this rub. Definitely delicious but be warned it is somewhat spicy. I loved it but the wife who doesn't like super spicy was hesitant to dive in for seconds. Definitely recommend still because I like a little heat!

I got this for my briskets but I also use it on my prime rib and tritips. This bottle packs a lot of simple spices to make a tasteful seasoning. Good for bbq will buy again
