My grandson loves his truck. He gave it to him for Christmas and he rode it a few times and then we had a cold spell and he couldn't ride it for a while. Then it wouldn't start. My son and husband did some troubleshooting and identified the part that wasn't working. We could not find a replacement so I contacted the manufacturer to ask where we could get one. They sent it to me and I received it very quickly! I am very pleased with their responsiveness!!!! And it now works!!!

Bought this as a surprise for our 2 grandsons, ages 3 and 1 1/2. We already have a 4 wheeler we keep at our house for all of them to ride when they're here. We've had really good luck with that one and wanted one that the 2 of them could ride together. They both can ride with room to spare. Assembly took about 30 min, not bad. All pieces were included along with instructions. Very sturdy. We live on 6 acres with woods and this side by side was able to maneuver through everything even with both kids in it. Has 2 speeds and startedout with the remote - great feature. They love the music and the back bed that dumps with the button on the dashboard. They've had it for a couple of months and so far has held up with daily use. Battery lasts about 45 minutes - I should say they live up north and live on 15 acres with woods so it's put to good use. Highly recommend this side by side.

DO NOT Buy!! After first use, we plugged in to charge and got a awful burning smell. We contacted Amazon immediately and they said we could return. The seller reached out to us & said they would send us part to fix…my grandchildren did really enjoy their first ride so I figured we would try. That took over a week for part to arrive and then the remote would not work properly. Again, seller offered to replace that so we wait again & two remotes later ( one we had to purchase through Amazon because company did not have any there to ship….it was a disaster. Eventually they realize it’s the steering motor (after two months) and didn’t send any instructions on how to replace that as it did not seem easily replaced. After one month, and complaint through Amazon, seller sent a video on how to replace, but it was very complicated where over 30 screws had to be removed as well as other pieces to get to steering motor….ridiculous! Actually in video, seller lost one of the screws to put back in & needed to go get replacement - that was just unacceptable. We contacted Amazon again & they told us to keep working with seller due to it being third party sales….it was a joke! Needless to say….it was a waste of nearly $400. I will be buying another at a local store where I can return easily when there is issue.

Cool ride, son loves it. It handles hills well and it has some speed to it. Had an issue with the charging port but after quick chat with customer service they were able to pin point the issue. Good stuff all around.

Bought one for my 4, 5 and 6 year old These are very small My 6 year old 40lbs knees hit the steering wheel There is no riding a friend or sibling although the say it is a 2 seater This is made to hold 110lbs Absolutely no way 2 55lb children will fit this Very disappointed in shipping time Then to see how very small for the price Look elsewhere Only positive so far long battery run time

Love the product and the features but not sure of the quality. Remote steering stopped working after one hour of use. Bought for the remote steering until grand daughter who just turned 3 can steer it. Steering is stiff on this cart.Update,Contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent a part to fix the remote steering issue. After I replaced the defective part, the cart is now running according to the sellers claims. My granddaughter loves the cart and wants to ride at every opportunity. A very nice cart. Note: If you happen to get a defective cart, you my need to be or no a handyman as it will be challenging to replace some parts.

My 3-year-old and 2-year-old love riding in the same. My two-year-old is short so he can't push the pedals to drive it right now. But our 3-year-old is driving his brother around and they both love it. I recommend it. We got it for Christmas from Santa and they are having a great time with it. No complaints. Our dog chewed up the cord so we do have to buy another charging cord but other than that it's a great product.

The media could not be loaded.  We took our time in letting him get adjusted to the movement of the car but he loves it now and he just a little over one years old. The seat belt straps across the shoulder not the lap and it is kinda fast and jerks for a small toddler, but use with precautions. Everything works great and we love it for our grandson
