I am so excited about this diffuser because I was looking for the perfect one for my car! I love that you can charge it and it will last for 40hours!! It’s small and compact and even comes with a suction that you can put on the window. I think this would be great to travel with because it’s so easy to use. It’s nice because you can control the smell with how much is let out.

It took 3 hours to charge. It ran for 4 hours after that before needing a charge again. And it never released much fragrance, even on the continuous setting. It's so terrible it's funny

This is a good purchase. I already bought refill; i just didnt find mellon refill, that is the one i really want

I'm not sure what the problem is but this only works on level 4.When I set it to Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3, it'll mist one time and that's it. I took the cotton stick out and reversed it, thinking that would help but still nothing on any of those other three levels.I didn't buy this to run it continuously on Level 4, as that would drink up oil, which by the way, you'll have to keep buying....the refills that is.Such a huge disappointment. If I could give it zero stars I would..............................................................Edit on 9/3/2023I'm adding 2 stars to my review because apparently it does work on the other mist levels, just not at the intervals specified in the directions.....see photo.I just happened to be standing in the room while it misted on Level 1 but it definitely wasn't misting every 5 minutes on Level 1.I stood there waiting for it to mist again after 5 minutes and it didn't. So I'm not sure what time interval it's actually operating on.I decided to check the oil levels over the next few days and they are going down so it's working. Just don't know why it's not working at the specified time intervals.Maybe I received a damaged product?? It certainly arrived looking used. Seems others aren't having these issues I'm having.I've ordered a replacement to give this another shot because I do like the compact design and the fact it's wall mountable. Will report back.....

I charged this item and put it to work! First of all the smell is too strong very overwhelming and it has a commercial smell, a cheap lavander smell. Also it hasn't Even been two weeks and it's almost gone! I out it in level 1 which is the lowest to spray and it's all gone! Not happy will not recommend, idea is great for those that don't like wall plug in but ot really needs improvementQuick updateThe seller contacted me we worked things out and they gave me a full refund on my purchase. They are working on their product and make it better. I will definitely check them out again when they make the improvements

Bought 10. Worked wonderfully at first but of course after the closing of the return window they fail to recharge or slightly bubble liquid where the mist is suppose to come out. All 10 have stopped working past the return window. Company suggest I tell Amazon. I know I said return window is closed. So I guess I’m out of some money.

While I really want this to work and leave a good review, I cannot. The only setting that works is the 4 setting (continuous). While it does properly work on that setting and spreads throughout my whole house, this setting empties the fragrance tank in 12 hours, and that isn't cost effective. I don't know what else to say other than it works good on the 4 setting, but doesn't work on 1-3, it will send out a puff, then everything goes off, then after a little bit, it will blink the screen/ number of your setting (1-3) and dispense no fragrance/fog.

Works great, especially for small spaces. The plug-in is sleek.
