Stitches inside are very bad
There are very big and hard stitches inside which directly hurts your forehead very badly. The stitches shouldn't be there at all in these kind of head and wrist bands

Get a headache wearing this
This headband is on the smaller side for an adult male. I get a headache wearing it for more than 20 minmake
