Item as described. Not so practical to use at work. Breaks easily, but I like it so much I just ordered another

This is a great diffuser, I use it every day at work as it gives me an opportunity to brew my loose leaf tea. It's easy to use and clean, the double glass helps keep the tea hot longer and not burn my hands when I have to hold it. It also has a great design, I get a lot of questions and compliments from people who notice that I use it. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

The glass cracked from the heat of the hot water....also the top leaks when turned upside down. I had this item maybe a week and a half before it cracked.

The holes in the strainer between the top and bottom are too large and let a lot of tea particles through. And the double wall on the bottom is not vacuum sealed between the walls so the heat transfers.Easy to use, functional... ish. Glass is thin, value is moderate. Good design, I use my dishwasher and hand clean the rubber rings.

The media could not be loaded. It work perfectly and you can travel anywhere with it and safe made of glass

This has to be one of my favorite purchases. I get a lot of compliments from others about this as well. I mostly use loose leaf tea. Temperature is nice and hot and doesn’t burn through the glass. Compact and fits in my backpack or lunch kit slot.One con would be that very fine loose tea will fall in. Not the end of the world for me.

1. This is NOT really 15 ounces, they definitely measured the "outside" wall part AND the separator portion. Realistically you probably get something like 6 ounces of drink. Huge problem.2. Easily leaks if you don't tighten it, and I have no idea how long-lasting the seals will be in this product.3. They simultaneously make this harder to clean and easy for leaves to go through to the other side by making it a steel separator instead of glass AND making the holes large. And you can't really flip it you have to hold it at an angle for the water to make it to the other side.4. The design, for whatever reason, makes it more difficult for the tea to actually infuse. So if you love light tea, then this is probably great, otherwise I can barely get it to mix using the same amount and same temperature water versus something else like a regular cup.5. It doesn't stay that warm that long? Probably so little liquid that it just kind of overall isn't that great.The price is awesome, it looks pretty cool and it's a cool idea. A larger version of this done right could easily be a product like 2-3x the cost and still a good value, and it's so cheap I kind of am tempted at keeping it because I paid around the same for a boring old regular single walled cup/infuser, however that actually can hold at least 15 ounces of tea and do a good job, unlike this one.

This product is good.I like that it is glass.Everything is better with glass.It makes the tea taste better.Easy to hold and easy to clean.
